You agree to conform and generally abide by Whispers101 operating policies, which may be amended from time to time at Whispers101's sole discretion, (and you hereby indemnify and hold Whispers101 free from liability in respect of any loss or damage of whatever nature caused as a result of any violations of such policy) which policies include but are not limited to the guidelines set out below: You agree to the terms set out below:

First and most important, Whispers101 will never give out any member’s details without their consent.
-You are not to engage in any spamming of any sort whatsoever.
-You are not to mislead users in any way.
-Not to try accessing the site else-how after being banned by an administrator
-Not to create a false identity.
-Changing your name to 'gibberish' will get your account blocked.
-Not to exchange your private information/details with strangers unless you are absolutely sure of your actions.
-Whispers101 does not take responsibility for users who give out their private details in public.
-Whispers101 will communicate most messages via email which will provide a link to unsubscribe from such communication if desired.
-Whispers101 does not condone inappropriate behaviour by its users and such behaviour will result in account suspension or permanent blockage.
-By submission of our registration form, you confirm that you are over the age of 16 and take responsibility of your own actions.
-The usage of connecting Whispers101 with Facebook is your responsibility and should comply with Facebook terms.
-We cannot and would not store any passwords as it is Facebook that hosts the link.
-The use of profanity is not prohibited on Whispers101 so long as it is within the law, which is not to fringe on others rights (meaning not directed at anyone who finds it offensive). The offended party has a right to sue in such cases and Whispers101 will not be held responsible. We ask that you to use your freedom with responsibility.
-We are fully aware of what social media can cause to other people if used inappropriately. We do not condone the use of Whispers101 to get back at people or embarrass others. As a security measure, Whispers101 has provided security measures to protect its users.
-You may not use profanity aimed at Whispers101. Such a case may lead to legal action and the permanent blockage of your account.
